30% of toilet rolls produced did not pass quality inspection

An inspection by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, shows that 3 out of 10 toilet rolls produced were defective. 

The Administration also announced companies with better product quality, in which Vinda Paper (Guangdong) was shortlisted.
